Our Team
Our team at SANDESH is a dedicated group of professionals, educators, and volunteers committed to the all-round development of children and community upliftment. Together, we work with passion and integrity to create positive and lasting change in society.
Mahender Guleria (Born 1978)
Is an Ex-Serviceman who served in the Indian Army Special Forces as a Para Commando. After serving the nation, he dedicated himself to social work with the same discipline and commitment. Since 2008, he has been working to promote quality education in rural areas for children from SC, ST, OBC and economically weaker sections. He is also committed to supporting women, youth, and senior citizens to ensure overall community development. Through SANDESH, his vision is to build an educated, empowered, and self-reliant society.

Chint Ram Thakur (Born 1974)
has devoted his entire life to social service and community welfare. With deep commitment and dedication, he has continuously worked for the upliftment of underprivileged and rural communities. He strongly believes in equality, education, and empowerment as the foundation of a progressive society. Through SANDESH, his vision is to serve humanity with honesty, compassion, and responsibility.

Padma Vatti (Born 1990)
is a social worker with a Master’s degree in Psychology. As Secretary of SANDESH, she supports community development, mental health awareness, and social empowerment initiatives.
Sujata Devi (Born 1985)
is a dedicated social worker with a Master’s degree in Accounts. She serves as the Treasurer of SANDESH, ensuring financial transparency and proper management. With over 15 years of experience in school management and as a Head Teacher, she brings strong administrative and leadership skills. She actively contributes to education and community development initiatives.
